Pricing begins at $250.00 and may vary depending on the size of the obituary, number of pages, amount of written content, photographs, design requirements, customization, and overall complexity of the project.

Family Meetings

Your obituary preparation service includes an initial Zoom consultation and a second Zoom meeting for photograph placement, page review, corrections, and final design selections.

Obituaries and memorial programs are available in several sizes and formats. During your consultation, we will help your family determine which option best accommodates your photographs, obituary, tributes, Order of Service, acknowledgments, and other content.

1. Family Consultation
We begin with a Zoom consultation to learn about your loved one and discuss your family's vision for the obituary or memorial program.

2. Select Your Program
Your family selects the desired program size, number of pages, theme, colors, and overall design.

​

3. Submit Your Materials
Family members submit photographs, tributes, obituary information, and service details to our designated obituary email.

​

4. Design & Editing Meeting
During our second Zoom meeting, we review photograph placement, page layouts, written content, corrections, and design details.

​

5. Final Family Approval
Once the project is complete, a final digital proof will be sent by email or text for review and approval.

Personalized memorial thank-you cards provide families with a beautiful way to acknowledge those who offered prayers, flowers, meals, donations, attendance, calls, messages, and other expressions of love and support. Cards may be coordinated with the obituary or memorial program design. Outside printing/production costs are separate.

To keep your loved one's project organized and reduce the possibility of missing information, misplaced photographs, or conflicting edits, all obituary materials should be submitted through the designated email unless otherwise instructed by your Arranger.
